Estimates and Payments

All estimates are provided in writing. Payments are due upon completion of services unless otherwise stated.
• Accepted payment methods: Cash, check, or card (processed through Square or Yardbook).
• A deposit may be required for larger projects or materials.

Scheduling and Weather Delays

We do our best to complete all work as scheduled. Severe weather or unforeseen conditions may cause delays; we will notify you promptly if rescheduling is needed.

Property Access and Responsibility

Clients agree to provide clear access to the property on service days. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or items left in work areas (such as hoses, décor, or personal belongings).

Refunds and Cancellations

Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Deposits for material-based projects may be non-refundable once supplies have been ordered.

Use of Photos

Photos of completed work may be used for marketing on our website or social media. We never include personal information or addresses in public posts.
